Spend a night at the newly remodeled Edinburgh Townhouse. Located on Gilmore Place in the heart of Edinburgh’s vibrant City Centre. No car is required. It’s just a short walk from Edinburgh Castle, Grassmarket party zone, Princes Street, and the Edinburgh International Conference centre.
The Edinburgh Townhouse was designed to accommodate modern day groups of up to 33 Persons in their own private group space. Exclusive rentals are available. The property offers great facilities which have been refurbished in June 2021. Rooms have free WiFi, a private bathroom and a shower. Groups book the exclusive use of the property and all of its facilities such as the Kitchen and Lounge.

Spend a night at Kingsview City Centre and enjoy our great facilities. Located in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre. The Hostel is a short walk from Edinburgh Castle, Grassmarket party zone, Princes Street and Edinburgh International Conference centre.
Kingsview can accommodate up to 25 persons in en suite Double, or En suite Twin, En Suite Double or en suite 4 Person Rooms.

The Victorian Style Townhiuse is located on Gilmore Place in the Tollcross area of Edinburgh City Centre.
Transport Links
Edinburgh Waverley and Haymarket Rail/Tram stations are just a short walk away. You wont need a car at Kingsview. Take a walk under the shadow of Edinburgh Castle and explore Edinburgh’s wonderful attractions.

Room Layouts
One small double en-suite room is located on the ground floor but unfortunately is not suitable for wheelchair users. Adult sized bunk beds are used where possible. This accommodation is offered to groups of all types.

GROUP 8+ SECURITY DEPOSIT
Groups are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £5001 day before arrival. The deposit will be refunded on departure provided there has been no damages or behavior problems
