Our concept is simple. We offer clean, functional, budget priced accommodation located within easy walking distance of Edinburgh’s main tourist attractions. There is no free parking in Edinburgh city centre. Leave your car and explore the city by foot.
The majority of our rooms are small with en suite facilities. Most rooms offer Free WiFi, Plasma TV, Tea and Coffee and 24 hour access.

If your group is larger we do have another 25 beds available right next door at our Kingsview City Centre Hostel so we can accommodate larger groups of up to 45 persons.

City Centre Rooms was originally an 1836 Victorian townhouse. Expect to experience a property with many cool and unique Features. These include high ceilings, cornicing and chandeliers. The property has been restored over the years. City Centre Rooms offer basic no frills, budget priced rooms at cheap rates. The property is located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. Within 10 mins walk you will fine Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, Royal Mile and all major tourist attractions.
We are on Gilmore Place. Just 100 yards from the Kings Theatre. This is the Tollcross area of the city. There are fewer better locations to explore the city and its attractions on foot.
We know how important good internet access is to our customers which is why we provide it in every bedroom. And you don’t need to worry about extras as everything is included in your room rate.
There is also a small sitting are which is a great place to unwind from a tiring day exploring the city whilst providing you with the opportunity to get to know new friends.
