Reasonably priced for its prime location directly opposite the Church Hill Theatre in in Edinburgh’s trendy Morningside/Bruntsfield area which is within walking distance of the Edinburgh city centre, The Lothian Road and Edinburgh International Conference centre.

A great place to stay…
At our city centre apartment you an expect a bright, modern, spacious clean room with great free facilities such as towels,bed linen and wifi. The apartment has a very spacious kitchen area with table, chairs and a Sofa. This is the focal point of the apartment where guests tend to hang out. There are 2 bathrooms with shower facilities on the Hallway. The bedrooms at the front of the property look out over the Church Hill Theatre.
Out the back there is a garden area with barbecue which is available for use during the summer months.

A great base to explore…
Our City Centre apartment is located in the quiet Church Hill area of Morningside directly opposite The Church Hill Theatre. This is a great location to explore Edinburgh. The Meadows, Tollcross, Kings Theatre, International Conference Centre and Edinburgh’s historic old Town area are around 10 minutes walk away. Even closer is Edinburgh University. Walking into the city is very cool. Just head for the castle which towers high above the city and you will be there in no time. If you would rather use public transport numerous buses will get you into the heart of the city in a few minutes.
Bruntsfield with its niche shops and trendy bars and restaurants is right on the doorstep.

There is a bus stop right outside the property. Numerous buses will take you into the city centre in minutes. If you get the number 10 this will take you to Princes Street where you can catch the new Edinburgh Trams.

GROUP 8+ SECURITY DEPOSIT
Groups of more than 8 persons are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £20 per person on arrival. The deposit will be refunded on departure provided there has been no damages or behavior problems

At our City Centre Apartment at Church Hill. We can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 15 persons. Sorry but we do not accepts Stag or hen Parties. We regularly welcome large summer groups of all types and sizes to Edinburgh Scotland. Language, student, sports groups and famailes are all welcome. We do accept student groups with persons under the age of 16.
